It’s May and I hope you’re all hanging in there, whether it’s getting to the end of the school year, starting a new adventure, or going through a tough situation. It’s National Mental Health Awareness Month and I want to honor the absolute courage of the tens of millions of Americans living with mental health conditions and celebrate the loved ones and mental health professionals who help them every day.
